Shipping policy

1. Shipping Area & Costs
We currently deliver orders exclusively within the United States. Shipping is provided at no cost, and customers will not be charged any shipping fees during checkout.

2. Order Preparation
After an order is placed, a confirmation email is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Orders are normally prepared and processed within 1–3 days, from Monday to Friday. Orders submitted after 04:00 ET are scheduled for processing on the next business day. No order processing takes place on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Timeframes
Once an order has been dispatched, transit generally takes 4–6 days, from Monday to Friday. Combined processing and transit times are estimated at 5–9 business days. Delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.

4. Tracking Your Shipment
Customers receive a dispatch confirmation email when their order leaves our facility. Tracking information is then provided separately, allowing shipment progress to be monitored throughout transit. Order updates can also be viewed through the tracking page.

5. Extended Delivery Times
While orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances such as courier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, or periods of increased shipping activity. In these situations, delivery may require up to three additional business days. If your order has not arrived after this period, please contact MAILL for assistance.

6. Issues with Your Order
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please email MAILL and include the following details:

  • Order number
  • Description of the problem
  • Clear photographs of the item received

Upon review of the submitted information, appropriate action will be taken, which will include a replacement item or a refund.

7. Cancelling an Order
Orders will only be cancelled before processing begins. Cancellation requests must be submitted before processing begins by contacting MAIL. Once processing has started, cancellation is no longer available, and any return request must follow the conditions outlined in this policy.
